The challenge was to define a brand that reflects the new reality of the hospitality area of ​​the new Atlético de Madrid stadium, able to address not only the fans but also the entire city of Madrid, as well as the live sports industry and entertainment.
VISUAL IDENTITY

 

The identity aim of Neptuno Atlético de Madrid Premium was to build a different, exclusive brand, that generates the desire to know and discover what is hidden behind: An aspirational new brand, modern, representative of an exclusive environment, but the brand not only represents a VIP area of ​​a football stadium, but a global, completely new experience that reinterprets the way of understanding and enjoying the sport from this area

UX&UI DESIGN

Project goals

Investigate how the hospitality services sales business worked. Identify potential customers and the channel in which to communicate.

Define and map the parameters and simplify the services to match all business DNA types.

Create digital commercial tools that support the sales department by bringing the user closer to the future experience.

A «live» web in which design, structure and interactivity offer a complete journey through the «Neptune world»

Ideation

After a process of research and prototype testing with the commercials. The need was detected to create a commercial application, especially designed for the sales needs of the hospitality area.

Aiming to develop a digital experience of the space, in which mobility and visualization of views within the stadium was essential. In addition to a flexible, dynamic and simple mobility map within the application.
